The ITP Kata(TM) was created by the late Aikido Master George Leonard.



Three other teachers joined George in establishing the practice from 1992 to 1994. Integral Transformative Practice(R) International is the group commissioned by these founders to support others interested in a life practice that incorporates the Kata.


The ITP Kata is the keystone of Integral Transformative Practice, which also involves eight other commitments.


Light Adaptive Yoga Stretch was developed from first principles and stands on its own foundations: Aikido, Hatha yoga, chi-practices, hypnogogic inducement, and Zen meditation.
